I just spent over 2 hours trying to create a shipment for my iMac from London to Stockholm. It was probably one of the most idiotic online experiences I have experienced for… a very very long time. It’s absolutely shocking. Painful.

One example of it’s absolutely appalling architecture is when you’re trying to find evidence of your shipment (basically to see if it exists since no confirmation is sent your way), you don’t find it under “My UPS”, but, under “Shipment / Create a Shipment / View History or Void Shipment”.

That’s just one example. I almost encourage you to try to send a package just to experience how stupid a stupid website can get when it’s done really stupidly. It’s ground breaking in reverse. gnikaerb dnuorg.
